Abstract authors

• Prepare your presentation in 16:9 aspect ratio (PowerPoint, OpenOffice or PDF). 
• State your name on the starting slide or in the footer. For ecological reasons, we do not use printed speakers' badges.
• Bring your presentation to the conference on a USB flash drive to the conference.
• Go to the media check-in at the venue at least 2 hours before your presentation (mezzanine floor).
• Do not use your own notebook. There will be a notebook, presenter and a laser pointer in the lecture hall.  
• A technical supervisor will assist you.
• You can always find your lecture times updated here in the programme.

Poster authors

• All posters will be displayed in a poster exhibition during the whole conference (mezzanine floor).
• There will be two explicit poster sessions where the presenting poster authors should be present at the poster:
  • Poster session 1: Monday, 5 September, 6:15pm - 8:15pm.
  • Poster session 2: Tuesday, 6 September, 5:30pm 7:00pm.
• Posters will be displayed on poster boards: 
  • Create your poster in English.
  • Print your poster in DIN format A0 (84.1cm width x 118.9cm height, portrait format, unlaminated) and bring it to the conference.
• Fixing material will be provided at the venue.
• Poster assembly:
  • Monday, 5 September, by 3 pm.
• Poster disassembly:
  • Wednesday, 7 September, by 10:30 am.
  • All posters that are not dismantled will be deleted after the event.
